Public disclaimer

Website notices for business readers and legal review.

This page consolidates the principal public disclaimers used across the MultiPay website before final review by Canadian counsel.

Notice 01

General website information

The MultiPay public website is provided for general corporate information and business inquiry purposes only. It does not describe every legal, operational, technical, pricing, timing, documentation, banking-partner, or compliance requirement that may apply to a particular applicant, client, route, currency, or transaction.

Website content should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, foreign-exchange, banking, or regulatory advice. Businesses should obtain their own professional advice before acting on payment, treasury, tax, or legal matters.

Notice 02

No guarantee of services or account opening

All services are subject to business eligibility, onboarding, sanctions and AML/ATF screening, documentation requirements, jurisdictional restrictions, third-party provider requirements, partner-bank and payment-network rules, operational capacity, and MultiPay approval. Submission of an inquiry or onboarding material does not create a client relationship or guarantee access to any account, wallet, rail, payment method, currency, corridor, FX service, or third-party provider facility.

MultiPay may decline, restrict, delay, suspend, or terminate access where required or permitted by law, compliance obligations, partner requirements, security controls, operational capacity, risk assessment, incomplete information, or the terms of an applicable agreement.

Notice 03

Not a bank, self-service app, white-label platform, or BaaS provider

MultiPay is not a bank, not a self-service retail application, not a white-label platform, and not a Banking-as-a-Service provider. Public website content is provided for general corporate information only and does not guarantee account opening, payment processing, FX availability, corridor access, pricing, timing, third-party provider availability, or any other service outcome.

MultiPay services may be delivered, supported, issued, processed, settled, enabled, or affected by third-party providers, including authorized banking partners, payment networks, processors, foreign-exchange providers, compliance-data providers, technology providers, and other operational service providers. Third-party procedures, availability, cut-off times, limits, due-diligence requirements, outages, refusals, reversals, delays, or terms may apply.

No partner, professional network, or third party may represent that it controls MultiPay onboarding, approval, servicing, account access, portal operations, payment processing, or compliance decisions unless expressly authorized in a written agreement approved by MultiPay.

Notice 04

Services, rails, currencies, and timing

References to wallets, SWIFT, local rails, FX conversion, collections, payouts, payment methods, currencies, and corridors are high-level descriptions of capabilities that may be configured for approved corporate clients. Availability may vary by direction of funds, jurisdiction, currency, account structure, payment partner, receiving institution, transaction profile, and rollout timing.

Payment timing, foreign-exchange availability, exchange rates, fees, limits, and transaction completion are not guaranteed from public website content and may be affected by cut-off times, holidays, liquidity, compliance review, missing information, intermediary banks, payment networks, and external service providers.

Notice 05

Strategic partnerships and introductions

Strategic-partnership information is intended for professional relationship discussions only. It does not create a franchise, agency, reseller, white-label, employment, representative, or authority-to-bind relationship unless separately documented in writing by MultiPay.

An introduction does not guarantee onboarding, account opening, transaction processing, payment-method access, or any other commercial outcome. MultiPay controls client review, approval, servicing, and access directly.
